Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce /(M.Com) or a related field (mandatory)

Experience & Skills:

- Strong background in stock audit, accounting, and materials management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in building materials, scaffolding, or steel industries.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and stock audits.
- Excellent analytical skills for demand forecasting and stock optimization.
- Good understanding of accounting principles related to inventory.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or online platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for stock optimization.
- Ensure accurate documentation of stock movements and transactions.
- Assist Procurment to find suppliers and obtain offers and prepare purchase comparison chart.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align stock availability with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in inventory handling.

General Requirements:

- Language Skills:



Valuable spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills are required.
- MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Time Management: Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities both within and outside the office environment.
- Email & Professional Communication: Good email etiquette and professional written communication skills.
- Industry Exposure: Knowledge or experience in seaports, airports, ship repair, aircraft maintenance, petrochemical production facilities, oil & gas production and distribution, and event industries will be considered an advantage during candidate shortlisting.
- Scaffolding Industry Experience: Candidates with relevant scaffolding industry experience will be given priority.
