Job Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead – Pre-Sales to manage a team responsible for lead generation through cold calling and outbound outreach for IT or BFSI products. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Pre-Sales / Lead Generation Executives.
- Oversee cold calling and outbound prospecting to identify potential clients.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for IT or BFSI products.
- Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Train and mentor team members on calling scripts, product pitch, and objection handling.
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate lead data and call records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings or demos.




- Conduct call audits and feedback sessions to improve team performance.
- Prepare performance reports and lead pipeline updates for management.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales processes.
- Experience in cold calling for IT products or BFSI solutions.
- Proven experience handling and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools for lead tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in B2B pre-sales or lead generation is preferred.
