About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Photographer & Videographer who is passionate about visual storytelling. The candidate will be responsible for capturing and editing engaging content showcasing our farms, farmers, products, people, events, and brand stories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture high-quality photos, videos, Reels, interviews, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for farms, farmers, products, events, and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Edit photos and videos according to brand and social media requirements.
- Work with the Content & Brand Strategist and Marketing team on creative content.
- Handle basic camera, lighting, audio, and shooting equipment.
- Create short-form videos, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture authentic stories around farmers, agriculture, products, and OneRoot's work.
- Organize and maintain photo and video files.
- Stay updated with social media trends, Reels formats, photography, and videography techniques.
- Travel to farms, villages, events, and other field locations when required.

Required Skills:

- Strong interest and passion for photography and videography.
- Basic knowledge of camera settings, composition, framing, lighting, and audio.




- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.
- Comfortable working in field and outdoor environments.
- Kannada proficiency is preferred for farmer and regional content.

Preferred

- Portfolio of photography/videography work — college projects, personal projects, Instagram pages, YouTube channels, or freelance work are acceptable.
- Basic knowledge of drone photography/videography is an advantage.
- Interest or academic background in media, filmmaking, photography, visual communication, or digital marketing is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

A creative fresher who is eager to learn, experiment, travel to the field, and build robust visual stories for an emerging agriculture brand. Formal work experience is not mandatory; portfolio and creativity will be given strong importance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
