About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you're the first human voice a future pet parent hears. You'll speak with people who have already shown interest in bringing home a puppy or kitten, understand what they're looking for, answer their questions with honesty and warmth, and guide them confidently toward the right decision. This role is for someone who can build trust quickly, handle an emotional and high-intent buyer with empathy, and close sales without ever being pushy.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and respond to inbound leads (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google) from people interested in buying a puppy or kitten
- Understand each buyer's needs — breed preference, lifestyle, budget, timeline — and recommend the right match
- Explain breed details, pricing, health and vaccination records, delivery process, and after-sale support clearly and honestly
- Build trust by addressing concerns around ethical sourcing, pet health, and documentation




- Follow up consistently across calls and WhatsApp until the deal closes or is closed out
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in the CRM
- Coordinate with the operations/delivery team for a smooth handover once a sale is confirmed
- Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Share buyer feedback and common objections with the team to sharpen our pitch

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken Hindi and English — clear, warm, and confident on the phone
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills, with genuine empathy (you're helping someone bring home a living companion, not selling a gadget)
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily and following up relentlessly
- Target-driven mindset with the discipline to hit numbers
- Basic comfort with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Honest and trustworthy — we never oversell or mislead a buyer
- Love for animals is a big plus

Qualifications

- 6months–2 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (solid freshers encouraged to apply)
- Graduate in any discipline preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate

Compensation & Perks

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000–25,000/month — based on experience (adjust to your budget)
