Kavadea is looking for a Fashion Designer with strong product development and production skills to join our team.

This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for taking products from design concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop recent garments and fashion products
- Work on product design, fabrics, trims, measurements and construction
- Develop samples and coordinate fittings
- Make corrections and ensure production-ready specifications
- Coordinate with tailors and production workers
- Plan and manage day-to-day production
- Monitor production timelines
- Check quality and finishing of garments
- Solve production-related issues
- Maintain product and production records

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in fashion/product development/garment production




- Good understanding of garment construction and sampling
- Knowledge of patterns, measurements and fittings
- Ability to work directly with tailors
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fashion design background preferred

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and getting products actually made.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000/month, based on experience and skills.
