What You'll Be Doing:

- Your role will continuously evolve with the business.

- Partnering directly with the Founders on strategic, operational and business-critical initiatives.
- Acting as the bridge between the Founders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Driving projects from concept to completion by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress and removing execution bottlenecks.
- Managing agile priorities while ensuring critical commitments never lose momentum.
- Preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, business summaries and decision-support material.
- Conducting research, analysing business data, identifying trends and presenting actionable insights.
- Coordinating leadership meetings, reviews, travel, special projects and high-priority engagements.
- Building systems and processes that improve efficiency, accountability and organizational effectiveness.
- Identifying risks, anticipating challenges and proactively solving problems before they escalate.
- Collaborating across Finance, Operations, HR, Technology, Business Analytics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality and other business functions whenever required.
- Representing the Founders with professionalism while interacting with employees, customers, vendors, consultants, investors and external stakeholders.
- Handling highly confidential business information with maturity, integrity and complete discretion.
- Taking ownership of responsibilities beyond your formal role whenever the business requires it.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline. 3 years of experience in Founders' Office, Executive Assistance & Finance roles. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
