About the Role

JK Electric Contractor LLP is looking for a Process Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination between departments, ensure smooth workflow, maintain records, and follow up on assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities between HR, administration, projects, accounts, and other departments.
- Follow up with concerned team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain process-related records, trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor the status of ongoing tasks and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with project/site teams and the Head Office whenever required.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, MIS reports, and daily/weekly status reports.




- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of required information.
- Identify process delays or gaps and escalate issues to the concerned authority.
- Support management in implementing and monitoring company processes.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and routine office coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee-related information.
- Perform other coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of MIS and reporting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
