Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Marketing Assistant to support our lead-generation and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with prospects through Instagram, email, and WhatsApp, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate lead records.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through Instagram, social media, online research, and other digital channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to Instagram DMs and inquiries.
- Identify potential customers and qualify leads based on their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through Instagram, email, and WhatsApp.
- Create and send WhatsApp marketing campaigns to targeted customer groups.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including preparing contact lists, sending emails, and tracking responses.
- Draft simple and engaging marketing messages, follow-ups, and promotional communication.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, responses, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the sales team and pass qualified leads to the appropriate person.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on leads, responses, and conversions.
- Research competitors, target audiences, and potential customer segments.
- Support the marketing team with other day-to-day digital marketing activities.

Required Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers on Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and digital marketing.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing/WhatsApp marketing tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
