Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling to students.
- Support children with emotional, behavioural, social, and academic concerns.
- Conduct age-appropriate counselling sessions and wellness activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate counselling records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school management when required.
- Promote a positive, protected, and inclusive school environment.
Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology or related field.
- Relevant experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children of different age groups.
