Looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations and ensure timely, quality execution of civil works. The candidate must be hands-on with technical drawings, site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.

- Interpret and execute civil drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Ensure work is completed as per schedule, budget, and safety standards.

- Monitor material usage, labor, and site resources effectively.

- Maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation.

- Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues on-site.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other teams for smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:





Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

- 0–5 years of experience in site execution (residential/commercial projects).

- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety norms.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic site management tools.

- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
