Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Manager
Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all HR activities to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains qualified employees while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Oversee performance management and employee appraisal systems.
- Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support organizational development and workforce planning.
- Advise managers on HR best practices and employment matters.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in human resources, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD) is an advantage.

- Standard full-time hours, with occasional overtime during recruitment drives or organizational changes.
- May travel occasionally for training, recruitment events, or company meetings.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
