CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE -

Work Location: Vadavalli (Head Office with Factory)

Role and Responsibilities:

- Establishing new business. Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
- Handling and resolving client queries and complaints. Reviewing sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales,B2C Sales
- Strong presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel : If Required (conveyance to be Given both )
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. Demonstrating and presenting products
- Two wheeler with license (petrol allowances to be given both)
- Four Wheeler Licenses added advantage
- Those staying at home for one year should not apply.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply
