A Business Assistant (Data & IT) is responsible for supporting business operations through data management, reporting, system coordination, and IT-related administrative activities. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and maintaining business data, preparing reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with IT teams for system support, and assisting in the implementation of technology-driven business processes. The position acts as a bridge between business users and IT functions to improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update business databases and records.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure data integrity.
- Support business applications, software, and IT systems.
- Coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.




- Assist in process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide user support and basic troubleshooting for business systems.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with data security and company policies.
