ABOUT THE ROLE

Golden Wave Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

The role involves customer engagement, lead management, property presentations, site visits and supporting successful sales conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer & Lead Handling

Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, qualify leads and manage regular follow-ups.

Property Presentation

Explain project features, location benefits, pricing, payment plans and available property options.

Site Visits

Schedule and manage site visits while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Sales Conversion

Build strong customer relationships, handle queries and objections,



and guide prospects towards booking

CRM Management

Maintain accurate customer details and regularly update calls, follow-ups, site visits and lead status in CRM.

Target Achievement

Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
