Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior concepts, space planning, working drawings, 3D models, realistic renders, and client presentations for residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and design expectations.
- Develop creative interior design concepts for residential projects.
- Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
- Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp.
- Create high-quality and realistic renders using V-Ray.
- Prepare interior working drawings and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, electrical layouts, and other required drawings.
- Develop mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Present design concepts and 3D visualizations to clients.
- Incorporate client feedback and make design revisions.
- Prepare design options based on project requirements and budget.
- Ensure drawings and 3D designs are accurate and properly detailed.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor and project team regarding design-related requirements.
- Make necessary design updates based on project requirements and approved changes.
- Maintain organized project files,



drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
- Ensure designs are completed within project timelines.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Solid knowledge of SketchUp – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of V-Ray – Mandatory.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, colors, and finishes.
- Ability to create detailed 3D models and realistic renders.
- Ability to prepare professional design presentations.
- Good understanding of residential interior design.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
