Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to monitor product quality, conduct inspections, identify quality issues, and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections as required.
- Inspect products according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify, record, and report quality defects and process deviations.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, and other measuring instruments for inspection.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality issues.
- Assist in root cause analysis of quality problems.
- Support corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, and other quality records.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected/non-conforming products.
- Conduct first-piece and routine inspections.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports.
- Support 5S and continuous quality improvement activities.




- Follow company quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of measuring and inspection instruments.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and 5 Why.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality/Manufacturing industry.
- Candidates with experience in in-process and final inspection will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
