Key Responsibilities :

- Robust knowledge of Hydraulic systems – pumps, cylinders, valves, pressure systems and hydraulic circuits.
- Experience in Pneumatic systems – cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL units, regulators and air lines.
- Hands-on experience with Industrial Air Compressors, Air Dryers and compressed-air systems.
- Experience in Gearboxes, motors, couplings, shafts, bearings, chains, belts and mechanical transmission systems.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns, identify root causes and carry out corrective actions.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) and maintain machine history, breakdown and maintenance records.
- Experience in machine alignment, lubrication, inspection and replacement of mechanical components.
- Coordinate with Production and Electrical teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow LOTO, safety procedures and maintenance standards.
