We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, employee engagement, and ensuring HR policies and processes are followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
- Provide inputs and support for payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries and assist with resolving HR-related concerns.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.




- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs when required.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role; freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and general HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Knowledge of HRMS/payroll systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
