Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities for elevators, escalators,



and modernization projects.
- Handle B2B sales activities and develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market visits and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of orders and project completion.
- Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and payment collections.
- Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports/MIS.
- Support after-sales service coordination and customer satisfaction activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
