Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python and React.js to join our development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of professional experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications.

The candidate will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, working closely with product, design, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.js.
- Develop robust and efficient backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python.
- Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly frontend components using React.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve application performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product managers, and other developers.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.
- Implement appropriate security, authentication, authorization, and data validation mechanisms.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Troubleshoot bugs and provide timely resolutions.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Python-based frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and application troubleshooting.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and coding best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
