About Position:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java-based (Spring Boot) applications. Define technical architecture standards, governance, and best practices for microservices.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java-based (Spring Boot) applications.
- Define technical architecture standards, governance, and best practices for microservices.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable and resilient solutions.
- Design and implement applications including:.
- Microservices architecture.
- Data models and service layers.
- Integration components Provide leadership and mentorship to Java developers and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions adhere to performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards.
- Integrate applications with external systems such as REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, and solution validations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java Webservices, RESTful Web Service.
- Relevant experience: Between 5 to 8 Years.
- & Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Java/Spring Boot development and architecture.
- Experience in Insurance Domain is mandatory Strong expertise in: Java (8/11/17/21) and core Java concepts Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security Microservices architecture and distributed systems design Building and managing REST APIs and backend services Integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, Web Services, Messaging) Additional Technical Skills: Experience in designing enterprise-scale applications Proficiency in database technologies (MySQL) Experience with Dev.
- Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, SVN etc.) Experience in cloud platforms (AWS)



Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exposure to legacy system migration.
- Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as relevant to the role.
