TATHASTU Institute, Lucknow is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Spoken English & Soft Skills Trainer for our upcoming 3-month skill development program.

The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical and interactive sessions focused on:

- Confidence Building
- Spoken Communication
- Interview Readiness
- Personality Development
- Life & Career Growth

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging classroom sessions
- Help students improve their spoken English and communication
- Build students’ confidence and reduce hesitation
- Conduct group discussions, presentations, role plays and mock interviews
- Provide individual feedback and track student progress
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment

Requirements:

- Strong spoken English and communication skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills




- Confident classroom presence
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred
- Passion for helping students improve and grow

Job Details:

- Location: Hanskheda Road, Devpur Para, Lucknow
- Initial schedule: Approximately 3 hours in the evening
- Employment: Part time / Faculty
- TATHASTU Institute is currently in the pre-launch stage, with the official opening planned soon.
