We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to oversee daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and employee documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and a thorough understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime. Record Sales, Purchase, Journal, Receipt, Payment, and Bank entries accurately. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain financial records. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely recording of transactions. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers for outstanding payments. Maintain accurate books of accounts and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

GST & Statutory Compliance

- Prepare monthly GST workings and reconciliation. File GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) within statutory deadlines. Verify vendor invoices through GSTR-2A/2B and reconcile input tax credit.



Prepare TDS calculations, deposit TDS payments, and file quarterly TDS returns. Process Professional Tax (PT) payments and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Payroll & HR Administration

- Prepare monthly payroll and process employee salaries. Maintain employee attendance and leave records. Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is updated and confidential.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate financial and employee records. Generate reports as required by management. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities whenever necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
