Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide effective technical support while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in service engineering, field service, maintenance, or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and set up equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose technical problems and carry out repairs and maintenance.




- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
- Attend customer service requests and breakdown calls.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Provide customers with training on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
- Manage service tools, spare parts, and equipment efficiently.
- Assist with product testing, upgrades, modifications, and technical improvements when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and minimize equipment downtime.
