We are looking for an experienced CAE Analyst with 5–10 years of experience and strong expertise in electric machine simulation, thermal analysis, and CFD tools to support our engineering and simulation workflows in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop ANSYS Fluent models using provided inputs, assumptions, and defined processes to perform simulations and report required results.
- Develop a repository of electric machine designs to explore trends and support pre-design evaluation for pre-program studies.
- Communicate with engineering and analysis teams on project status and analysis reviews.

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

- STAR-CCM+
- ANSYS Fluent
- Hypermesh
- ANSA
- Electric Motor Design

Domain Knowledge Required

- Robust domain knowledge of electric machines.




- Expertise in Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) analysis using ANSYS Fluent.
- Excellent debugging skills for ANSYS errors and convergence issues.
- Ability to understand analysis scope, interpret results, and prepare analysis reports.
- Data post-processing using MATLAB is a plus.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Mode Frontier and/or MATLAB.
- Experience with Parametrized CAD templates.
- Exposure to Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) / Electric Drives.

Pay: Up to ₹1,190,000.00 per year
