We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat & Email Executives to join our BPO customer service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and email, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints through live chat and email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or account-related queries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined turnaround time.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and escalation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, CSAT, and TAT targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
- Ensure proper email etiquette, grammar, and communication standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / HSC; qualification may vary based on the process.




- Freshers and candidates with BPO/customer service experience can apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong command of English grammar and email writing.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
