Focus: Luxury High-Rise Residential & Premium Commercial Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Concept: Create space plans, mood boards, 3D visual layouts, and

detailed working drawings.

- Client Coordination: Understand client or project needs and present design

ideas clearly.

- Material Sourcing: Choose the best materials, fabrics, finishes, and furniture

within budget limits.

- Site Execution: Visit project sites in Navi Mumbai to check work quality and

guide contractors.

- Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with civil engineers, vendors, and

project managers to finish tasks on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience handling luxury residential towers or

premium commercial interiors.Software Knowledge: Expert level in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of 3ds

Max or Revit is a plus.

Technical Skills: Good knowledge of building codes, materials, lighting, and

estimation.

Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving mindset, and time-management

abilities.

Technical Drafting: Develop comprehensive Valuable-for-Construction (GFC)

drawings, electrical layouts,



plumbing schematics, and HVAC integration

plans.

Material & Finish Engineering: Select and specify high-performance

materials, acoustic treatments, sustainable finishes, and custom millwork

detailing.

Lighting & Environment Design: Design layered architectural lighting

plans that balance natural light, ambient fixtures, and energy efficiency.

Client & Vendor Management: Translate client briefs into viable

architectural solutions and negotiate with premium material suppliers.

Site Supervision: Conduct routine site inspections in Navi Mumbai to audit

contractor execution against exact design tolerances

Desirable Advanced Functions

--High-Rise Spatial Design: Optimize premium high-rise layouts, factoring in

structural column constraints, core services, and panoramic spatial flow.

--Commercial & Office Planning: Design high-efficiency commercial spaces,

corporate offices, and retail zones that enhance brand identity and workspace

productivity.

--Luxury Material Sourcing: Select and spec high-end luxury finishes, exotic marbles,

bespoke wallpapers, acoustic panelling, and premium commercial furnishings.

--Bespoke Millwork Detail: Create detailed shop drawings for custom furniture,

premium wardrobes, vanity units, and sophisticated reception desks.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
