About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to take projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop cutting-edge and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Create detailed working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Prepare and review material specifications, BOQs, and estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project budgets and timelines.
- Identify and resolve design and execution issues during the project.
- Maintain project documentation and coordinate revisions as required.
- Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, products, and industry practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in interior design.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D/design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, or equivalent.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical and working drawings.
- Valuable understanding of interior construction and site execution.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can combine creative design thinking with practical execution knowledge and independently handle design responsibilities while working effectively with clients and project teams.
