--- Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive HR Executive/Manager for our Ice Cream manufacturing plant . You will handle full HR operations from hiring to exit, ensure compliance, and help build employee culture at plant.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manpower planning with Production, Sales, Store, Dispatch teams

- End-to-end hiring for plant workers, supervisors, and office staff

- Job postings, interviews, salary negotiation, offer & joining

- Induction, onboarding, and background verification

2. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance

- Attendance, shift roster, leave management

- Salary processing, FNF, bonus, overtime calculation

- PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Factory Act, Labor Law compliance

- Maintain HRMS/Excel records, employee files, contracts

3. Employee Relations & Admin





- Grievance handling, disciplinary actions, exit interviews

- Policy drafting: HR policies, SOPs, Code of Conduct

- Employee engagement, training, safety inductions for plant staff

- Admin: Canteen, security, housekeeping, ID cards coordination

4. Audit & Records

- Support internal/external audits - FSSAI, ISO, Factory inspection

- Maintain all statutory registers and documentation

- MIS: Headcount report, attrition, hiring dashboard

### Must Have Skills

- Education: MBA HR / PGDM HR / BBA with HR

- Experience: FMCG / Dairy / Manufacturing plant experience preferred

- Knowledge: PF, ESI, Labor Laws, Payroll software, MS Excel

- Soft Skills: Robust communication in Hindi + English, problem solving, people handling
