A Safety Officer in the puzzle and stack parking industry enforces safety protocols during the installation, testing, maintenance, and operation of automated mechanical car parking systems. Key duties include managing hydraulic/electrical hazards, ensuring PPE compliance at sites, conducting risk assessments, and delivering safety training.

Candidate from parking solutions (E.g. RR Parkon, Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd, Wipro PARI, WÖHR Parking Systems, Otis Worldwide Corp, TAR PARKING, OMER, Vynk Parking )and Real Estate consumable from Pune location are preferable and welcome.

- Core Objective: Zero-accident environment during site installation, pit work, and routine operation of stack/puzzle parking units.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Safety & Compliance: Enforce local and national safety standards during civil pit construction, steel structure erection, and machinery alignment.
- Hazard Identification: Monitor heavy lifting, crane operations, working at heights,



and confined space entry inside deep parking pits.
- LOTO & Electrical Safety: Supervise Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for high-voltage panels, hydraulic power packs, and motorized pallet chains.
- Safety Audits: Perform daily/weekly safety inspections of wire ropes, hydraulic cylinders, limit switches, and emergency stop mechanisms.
- Incident Investigation: Report near-misses or accidents immediately, trace root causes, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Training & Briefings: Conduct daily toolbox talks (TBT) and safety orientations for technician crews, contractors, and client operators.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a recognized certification in Industrial Safety (e.g., ADIS, NEBOSH).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
