Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales/telesales team and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sales, telesales and product training sessions.
- Train employees on pitching, objection handling, follow-ups and closing techniques.
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays and performance assessments.
- Identify performance gaps and provide effective coaching.
- Develop training material and sales scripts.
- Work with managers to improve team conversion and target achievement.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training / Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
- Prior experience in training sales teams will be preferred.
