We are hiring an experienced and dynamic School Principal for a CBSE-affiliated Residential School located in Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, academic expertise, and experience in managing overall school operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage overall Academic and Non-Academic school activities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the school
- Develop and implement standardized curriculum and academic planning
- Monitor teaching methodologies and student performance
- Encourage parent involvement and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Revise and implement school policies and procedures
- Manage school budget and administrative operations
- Hire, train, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff
- Oversee school discipline, infrastructure, and facilities management
- Ensure smooth functioning of residential school operations

Eligibility Criteria:





- Maximum 10 years of experience as a School Principal
- Qualification: Any Postgraduate Degree with B.Ed. / M.Ed.
- Experience in CBSE schools preferred
