We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – West Fort, Thrissur

KLM Assets Fin is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Thrissur Branch. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services, who can contribute to business growth through customer acquisition, market outreach, and relationship management.

Preferred Candidates:

- Candidates based in Thrissur, West fort or nearby areas
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
- Identify potential customers and introduce suitable chit fund schemes based on their requirements.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet assigned business targets through structured sales planning and consistent follow-up.
- Follow up with customers regarding installment payments and assist the branch with collection-related activities when required.




- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance throughout the customer relationship.
- Assess market conditions and identify opportunities to expand the branch's customer base.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to support overall branch performance and operational efficiency.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Understanding of basic financial products and service-oriented practices.
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer acquisition and market visits.
