Key Responsibilities

- Assist the maintenance team in preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Support inspection, servicing, lubrication, alignment, and replacement of mechanical components.
- Assist in identifying the root cause of machine breakdowns and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain daily maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Assist in maintaining critical spare parts and informing the team about required spares.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules as instructed by the Maintenance Engineer.
- Support installation, shifting, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the maintenance area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments during breakdowns and maintenance activities.
- Learn and understand the operation and maintenance requirements of CNC, woodworking, fabrication, and other production machinery.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
