Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be capable of creating engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, advertisements, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, banners, brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign and brand requirements.
- Design social media posts, reels covers, thumbnails, digital ads, promotional creatives, and other digital content.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, fonts, and visual style.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images and other visual assets.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Digital Marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Adapt designs according to different platforms, sizes, and campaign requirements.
- Handle multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.




- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, layout, and branding.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to convert creative briefs and ideas into effective visual designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
