Job Summary

The HR Manager will oversee all HR activities for the manufacturing unit, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The role will ensure a productive work environment and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.).
- Support payroll, attendance, leave, and manpower planning.
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Implement employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports.




- Support industrial relations and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 8-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,641.84 - ₹80,623.48 per month
