- Handle day-to-day export operations including cargo receiving, container movement, stuffing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with CHA, Customs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters and customers for smooth export movement.
- Verify export cargo and documentation including Shipping Bills, invoices, packing lists, container/seal details and gate-in documents.
- Coordinate and monitor container placement, cargo stuffing, sealing and movement as per vessel schedules and cut-off timelines.
- Track container gate-in, customs clearance, examination and loading status and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with the yard and warehouse teams for cargo positioning, stacking and equipment availability.
- Identify and resolve operational discrepancies related to cargo, containers, documentation and shipment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of export movements, stuffing details, container status and operational activities.
- Prepare daily MIS and operational reports and provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure adherence to Customs regulations, CFS SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
