Hiring: PMO Lead – Renewable Energy

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination for large-scale renewable energy EPC projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
- Manage procurement, vendor assessment, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Work closely with the Project Head on end-to-end EPC project management.
- Handle land acquisition, conversion, and mutation procedures.
- Draft and negotiate term sheets, agreements, and contracts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and required project permits.




- Prepare detailed project reports and coordinate with key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- 15–25 years of experience in EPC project management, preferably in Wind/Solar projects.
- Must have managed projects of 200 MW or more of grid-connected capacity.
- Solid knowledge of Civil & Electrical BOP (Balance of Plant).
- Good understanding of land laws and regulatory procedures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
- Experience in the Energy/Renewable Energy/Infrastructure sector preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
