We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Salesman to join our footwear retail store in Calicut, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting footwear based on their requirements, preferences and budget.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Have good knowledge of footwear products, sizes, brands and styles.
- Handle product demonstrations, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain proper display and organization of products in the showroom.
- Assist with billing, stock handling and daily store operations.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized sales area.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience in footwear retail sales is preferred.




- Candidates with experience in retail sales/showrooms are also welcome.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Malayalam is essential; basic English is preferred.
- Pleasant personality, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
