We are looking for a motivated and approachable Counsellor to join our team in Trivandrum. The role involves guiding students and individuals in understanding our programs, addressing their queries, and supporting them in making informed career and training decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and walk-ins about available courses, vocational programs, and career pathways.
- Provide information about program structures, eligibility, and advantages.
- Assist candidates in completing application forms and required documentation.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, walk-ins, and conversions in the system.
- Support outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, and admission drives in Trivandrum and nearby areas.
- Address queries from students, parents, and community members both in-person and over phone/email.




- Follow up with interested students to ensure smooth enrollment.
- Coordinate with the state/regional team for admissions, reporting, and student support services.
- Stay updated about training programs, admission policies, and market trends to guide candidates effectively.
- Support in Mobilization activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Malayalam and English essential; Hindi is a plus).
- Ability to work with students and parents in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
