Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Tour Operations Executive – Trainee to join our travel team. The candidate will learn and assist in planning, coordinating, and executing domestic and international tour packages while ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating tour packages and itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other travel partners.
- Prepare and update tour itineraries, quotations, and travel documents.
- Handle booking confirmations and follow up with vendors.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Monitor tour schedules, transportation, accommodation, and other arrangements.
- Support customers during tours and help resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and vendor communications.
- Learn and stay updated on destinations, attractions, hotels, and travel services.
- Ensure all tour arrangements are completed on time and as planned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn about travel destinations and tour operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Flexibility to handle occasional weekend or holiday requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Basic understanding of hotel, flight, and transportation bookings.
- Customer service skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of additional Indian or foreign languages is an advantage.
