Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, HRMS, and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Support HRMS data updates and reporting.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documents.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Positive organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional HR environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
