Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, along with a good understanding of visual aesthetics and current design trends.

The candidate will work on multiple clients and projects, creating engaging designs for social media, paid media, branding, and other marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop creative designs and graphics, primarily for social media and paid media.
- Create brand guidelines, logos, and other brand elements.
- Brainstorm, research, and present creative ideas, concepts, and design solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute cutting-edge design ideas.
- Collaborate with the client servicing and content teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Understand client briefs and feedback and translate them into effective designs.
- Design and produce marketing collaterals in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs according to different clients, brands, and project requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,



and Canva.
- Good communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Good understanding of current graphic design and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to different client requirements.

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:

- CorelDRAW
- Figma
- Adobe XD
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- AI Design Tools
- UI/UX
- Video Editing

Education

Graduate/Diploma in:

- Graphic Designing
- Fine Arts
- Design
- Or a related field
