Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective live and recorded classes on LRDI & Quant for aspirants.
- Design and curate high-quality LRDI & Quant content – including practice questions, mock tests, and concept notes.
- Analyze past papers to update teaching strategies and material as per latest trends.
- Mentor students through doubt-clearing sessions and academic guidance.
- Collaborate with the academic team to innovate and improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to webinars, demo sessions, and other student engagement activities.

Requirements:

- CAT Experience: Must have personally appeared for CAT and achieved strong performance, particularly in LRDI & Quant .
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the CAT coaching industry.




- Strong command over LRDI & Quant concepts with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- A student-first mindset with a passion for education and mentorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in online teaching or ed-tech platforms.
- Ability to handle large student batches and drive high engagement.
- Content creation experience (test papers, eBooks, short notes, etc.)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
