Qualification: First Class Boiler Competency Certificate

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor boiler safely and efficiently as per statutory requirements.
- Maintain steam pressure, temperature, water level and boiler parameters.
- Monitor fuel consumption and improve boiler efficiency.
- Ensure proper operation of boiler auxiliaries, pumps, water-treatment and fuel systems.
- Conduct routine inspection and coordinate preventive/breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain boiler logbooks, operating records and statutory documents.
- Ensure boiler safety, emergency procedures, PPE and housekeeping compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and EHS teams for uninterrupted steam supply.
- Support statutory boiler inspection, audits and compliance requirements.
- Supervise and guide boiler operators/helpers during shifts.

Preferred:



Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing or other process industries.
