About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce activities, online product listings, marketplace operations, order coordination, and digital sales support for our textile/garment business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and company platforms.
- Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, SKUs and inventory details.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete and updated regularly.
- Manage orders, order processing, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability is accurately updated online.
- Handle marketplace dashboards and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor product performance, sales, orders and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce MIS and sales reports.
- Assist in improving product visibility through proper titles, keywords, descriptions and categorization.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions, offers and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends.
- Handle customer queries related to products, orders and delivery whenever required.
- Ensure timely resolution of marketplace-related issues and customer complaints.




- Support the development of new online sales channels and marketplaces.
- Perform other e-commerce-related activities as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the textile, garment or fashion industry will be given preference.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, product listing and order management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / MS Office is required.
- Knowledge of inventory management and marketplace dashboards will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Should be proactive, organized and willing to learn.
- Local candidates from Surat will be preferred.
