Role Overview:

The Full-Stack AI Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end development of internal tools and client-facing AI features. You will not just “call an API”; you will design the architecture that makes AI useful, reliable, and quick.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust web applications that integrate seamlessly with various LLMs and Vector Databases.
- Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ground AI outputs in proprietary data.
- Optimize front-end interfaces for “AI-first” user experiences – ensuring low latency and intuitive human-AI interaction.

Requirements:

- Expertise in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend languages (Python, Node.js).
- Deep familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
- An “AI-Pilled” mindset – you use AI to write, test, and debug your code to achieve 10x productivity.
