Job Summary

The Service Coordinator is responsible for handling customer service requests, coordinating with service engineers, maintaining service records, and ensuring timely completion of installation, breakdown.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customer service requests through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Register and assign service calls to service engineers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and visit status.
- Follow up with service engineers Maintain records of service calls, complaints, and service reports.
- Coordinate with the Stores department for spare parts required for service
- Prepare quotations for spare parts and service charges in Tally
- Update customers on the status of their service requests.
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirement

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience. Experience in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge of a Tally.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
