Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day banquet operations.
- Handle weddings, parties, corporate events, and other functions.
- Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements.
- Supervise banquet staff and allocate duties.
- Ensure proper setup, service, and closing of events.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
- Maintain good service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor stock, equipment, and banquet supplies.
- Control wastage and operational costs.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in banquet operations.
- Hotel management/hospitality experience preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple events.
- Experience in weddings and large functions is an advantage.
- Willing to work weekends and flexible schedule.

Salary - Depending on experience and skills.
