About Mini Mavericks
Mini Mavericks is a happiness-driven, inclusive early learning centre focused on creating joyful, meaningful and developmentally appropriate experiences for young children.
We are looking for a highly proactive, people-oriented and execution-focused HR & Business Development Manager who can take ownership of people management, recruitment, admissions and local growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR & People Management
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and induction of teachers and support staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and support staff engagement.
- Coordinate performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Build a positive, accountable and collaborative work culture.
2. Admissions & Business Development
- Handle prospective parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
- Counsel parents about Mini Mavericks' programs, curriculum and philosophy.
- Schedule and coordinate school visits.
- Follow up systematically with every enquiry.
- Maintain an updated admissions pipeline.
- Work towards monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Track enquiry-to-visit and visit-to-admission conversion.
3. Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop and execute ideas for local marketing campaigns.
- Support open houses, parent events, workshops and community activities.
- Identify opportunities for apartment/society outreach and local partnerships.
- Generate creative ideas to increase Mini Mavericks' visibility and enquiries.
- Coordinate with the social media/creative team where required.
4. Collaborations & Community Building
- Identify potential collaborations with:
- Parenting communities
- Schools and activity centres
- Cafés/bookstores
- Children's brands
- Residential societies
- Child-development professionals
- Initiate contact and follow up independently.
- Maintain a collaboration pipeline and track outcomes.
5. Reporting & Accountability
The candidate will be expected to maintain weekly reports covering:
- New enquiries
- Calls completed
- Follow-ups completed
- School visits scheduled
- Admissions converted
- Recruitment pipeline
- Open positions
- Campaigns initiated
- Collaborations approached
- Outcomes achieved

This is NOT a desk-only HR role.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable saying:

We are specifically looking for someone who does not need to be reminded repeatedly about assigned responsibilities.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in HR, preschool/school administration, admissions, business development, counselling, or a similar people facing role.
Experience in preschools, education, childcare, hospitality, or customer-facing businesses will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
